RestorePro Reconstruction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Greenville, SC team.
The Senior Project Manager ensures all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the company’s high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. You will mentor project management teams, oversee production operations, and drive departmental performance through proactive leadership and accountability.
This position is ideal for a seasoned restoration or construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellence under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Production
- Lead and manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously from start to finish.
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with superior craftsmanship.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, set expectations with clients, and establish production schedules and milestones.
- Oversee daily scheduling and project adjustments to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure seamless workflow and clear communication.
- Supervise material procurement, permitting, and job sequencing for maximum productivity.
- Monitor project costs, labor efficiency, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and maintain desired profit margins.
- Lead progress meetings and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and updates.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide mentorship, direction, and support to project managers, superintendents, and field technicians.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and excellence within the project management team.
- Conduct weekly production meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and realign objectives.
- Demonstrate professional conduct, ethical decision-making, and calm leadership under pressure.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the department through training and delegation.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Oversee project budgets, job costing, invoicing, and collections in coordination with accounting.
- Manage change orders and progress payments to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Monitor departmental financial performance, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Support company efforts in cash flow management and operational strategy.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce overhead, and streamline production workflows.
Client & Insurance Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and property owners throughout the project.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, progress, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with insurance partners, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Address and resolve client or project issues promptly and professionally to preserve company reputation.
- Oversee project closeout procedures, client satisfaction surveys, and warranty follow-ups.
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with estimating and marketing teams to maintain client retention and drive new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at industry and community events.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying operational improvements and opportunities to strengthen market position.
- Promote repeat business through exceptional service delivery and follow-up.
Professional Standards

- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Promote and enforce safety standards, compliance, and company policies across all job sites.
- Actively pursue ongoing professional development through industry certifications (IICRC, OSHA, management training, etc.).

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of restoration or construction project management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale reconstruction projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Xactimate, Encircle, and other project management or estimating software.
- Familiarity with restoration and construction workflows, permitting, and building code compliance.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and achieving departmental goals.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret job costing reports and performance metrics.
Work Environment:
- This position involves both office and fieldwork.
- The work environment may include construction sites, requiring the ability to navigate various job site conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Occasional travel may be necessary to oversee multiple projects or attend client meetings.
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential as tasks may vary depending on project stages and client needs.
- Collaboration with a team and direct communication with clients and subcontractors will be an essential part of the role.
Salary: 85K-90K plus uncapped commission
