Job Description:

This job is responsible for managing a highly-complex client portfolio. Key responsibilities include collateral monitoring and cash movement. Job expectations include complex collateral and transactional posting with client, regulatory, and reputation risk and providing resolution or escalates servicing questions, leveraging resources across functional areas to ensure an integrated approach to loan servicing. Additional responsibilities include participating in key assignments, offers subject matter expertise and provides leadership to less-experienced employees.

This role is on the Global Credit Operation Asset Based Lending team.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance (QA) Asset Based Lending Credit Operations team
  • QA data elements for booking of facility closings to system of record (new fundings, restructures, amendments for highly complex clients including direct, agented and bought participation with both domestic and multi currency components)
  • Review of legal documentation and credit approvals
  • QA data elements for ongoing maintenance of facility and manual money movement in systems of record
  • QA review of borrowing base certificate, ineligible, tranche, fee and pricing updates
  • Track and follow up on errors and issues discovered by QA review process
  • Partner with fulfillment and service teams as well as operational risk leads
  • Provides coaching and direction to less-experienced employees

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Credit Operations
  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and continue to evaluate priorities in a changing environment
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills including ability to multi-task and exhibit flexibility
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player

Desired Qualifications:

  • Asset Based Lending or Commercial Credit fulfillment, service, operations experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage to compressed timelines and under pressure
  • Experience in Quality Assurance operations role
  • Familiarity with data elements found in legal documentation, credit approvals, multi-currency components, borrowing base certificates, tranche, fee and pricing updates

Minimum Education Requirement:

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
