If this aligns with your values and you want to join a leader in the banking industry, we are hiring for a Partner Success Manager that will partner with TIB managers and employees to champion TIB culture and maximize employee success through effective risk management, service excellence, and building quality relationships.
MAJOR DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Partners with business unit managers and employees to provide support and resolve routine human resources concerns.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to business unit managers to support employee success. This includes coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective action. Follows up to ensure that objectives are met.
• Manages the learning management system to deliver annual compliance training program and provide specialized training support as needed.
• Analyzes compensation data and makes informed recommendations regarding job grades, salary increases, and market adjustments based on TIB best practices and market data.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of human resources best practices and legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conducts effective, thorough, and objective employee investigations.
• Prepares quality human resources documentation.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Creates HR related content for the bank’s intranet.
• Prepares and/or presents HR related content for periodic training and annual open enrollment.
• Periodically plans employee events.
• Supports bi-weekly payroll processes.
• Complies with all banking laws and regulations and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information.
REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Bachelor’s degree
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Minimum of five years of experience in employee relations and/or performance management and coaching
• Working knowledge of the talent management life cycle and HR body of knowledge including recruiting, training, performance management, compensation, employee retention, benefits, and succession planning
• Demonstrates a strong sense of initiative and motivation to complete assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, regulations, and policies to unique circumstances.
• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP
• Previous human resources experience in banking
• Previous human resources supervisory experience
• Eight to ten years of experience in employee relations and/performance management and coaching
