As a Security Account Manager – You will be responsible for Managing Client Relationships, Overseeing daily Security Operations and Supervising security staff to meet clients needs. Also responsible for managing budgets, staff and training and resolving any clients issues and identifying opportunities for service expansion.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1rst shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Supervise daily Security Operations for assigned client site.
• Manage Security personnel incuding scheduling, training, payroll and performance.
• Ensure all Security posts are staffed with trained Security Officers.
• Address disciplinary problems and investigate employee complaints.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 y.o.a. or older.
• Must have Security Supervisor experience of at least 2 years.
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must have a Resume 
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
