We’re looking for an Onsite Brand Ambassador – Showroom Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you’re detail-oriented, service-minded, and excited to represent a brand known for quality and innovation, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage showroom visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and help customers find the perfect solutions.
- Support sales consultants with scheduling, follow-up, and showroom coordination.
- Maintain showroom and office appearance.
- Manage event/tradeshow logistics.
- Act as a true Pella brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in professional reception, hospitality, customer service and client-facing service for premium brands.
- Background in construction, design, or home services is highly valued.
- Ability to work with urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Salesforce or another CRM systems a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you make customers feel heard, supported, and confident.
- A positive, polished, and professional demeanor that reflects the Pella brand.
- Genuine interest in design, craftsmanship, and helping customers bring their vision to life.
