Overview:
The Deals & Funding Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of equipment deals, ensuring accurate documentation, timely funding, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial and contractual records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Management:
    • Process equipment deals from initiation to completion.
    • Ensure all addendums are signed by customers and submitted to the Contract Administrator.
  • Equipment Transactions:
    • Coordinate swaps and loaner equipment as needed.
    • Manage lease returns and related financial processes such as obtaining quotes, processing check requests and procuring return authorization letters.
  • Financial & Reporting:
    • Communicate with leasing companies regarding deal terms and funding.
    • Maintain accurate sales reports and update deal statuses.
    • Post funding and replenishment transactions promptly.
    • Handle Cesco and Parkland invoice processing.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage lease-related email communications.
    • Run credit requests from files and ensure compliance with credit policies.
    • Process maintenance contracts for new equipment sales.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excel skills a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, leasing companies, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Experience in equipment leasing or funding processes is a plus.
  • Experience with E-Automate a plus


Requirements
