Job Summary

This position will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, recruiting and recommending placements for certificated and support candidates for internal and external positions. The talent acquisition partner will help manage the cultivation of candidates and partnerships with local and national resources.

What you will do
  • Partners with hiring managers in the schools and at the central office to determine staffing needs and to develop a robust teacher and support candidate pipeline.
  • Manages the recruitment of diverse candidates across the organization
  • Maintains and utilizes AppliTrack or designated ATS to screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, administer appropriated assessments, make recommendations for hire and extend employment offers.
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Executes the established strategies and initiatives put forth by the Executive Director of Talent Strategy and develops and maintains and excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing and departmental goals.
  • Builds relationships with colleges and universities to attract prospective talent.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field Required
Experience Qualifications
  • 4-6 years Applicable experience Required
Skills and Abilities
  • Business Acumen, Excellent Communication (oral and written), and relationship management.
Licenses and Certifications
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Required
Equivalency
Starting At: $68,976.66

Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
