We are a local family business that has been operating in the islands for almost 40 years and employs about 170 employees.  The Art Source, Inc. (TASI) has three sister companies - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CocoNene.  We make products for the home locally here in Hawai'i, in our Manufacturing Facility in Kapolei, and service our customers through our retail locations throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Join our dynamic Marketing team at TASI
 to support holiday campaigns across CocoNene and sister brands. This is a full-time, hybrid role (remote + on-site in Kapolei) running through the holiday season from November 2025 through January 2026.

Position Details

• Title: Seasonal Email Marketing Coordinator
• Department: Marketing
• Status: Seasonal, Full-Time
• Location: Hybrid (Remote + On-site in Kapolei)
• Pay: $21–$25/hour (depending on experience) + employee benefits
• Start Date: November 1 or the soonest possible

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule email campaigns for holiday promotions, product launches, and events
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy and select visuals
• Segment and maintain email lists
• Monitor campaign performance and report weekly
• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams
• Assist in A/B testing and automated email flows
• Coordinate with external partners for prospecting emails and paid ads
• Update Shopify website to align with email messaging

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in email or digital marketing
• Proficiency with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and GDPR
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 work samples of past email campaigns required for consideration

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design experience
• Retail or e-commerce marketing background
• Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting

Schedule: M-F

• 8/9am-4/5pm
