The White Claw Social Manager is responsible for leading the brand’s social and communications strategy, bringing White Claw to the forefront of culture. This role combines creative thinking, digital fluency, and sharp strategic insight to build a cohesive, best-in-class presence across social media and influencer channels.

You will shape how White Claw shows up in culture — creating integrated digital communications plans that drive awareness, engagement, and brand love. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, equally adept at developing long-term frameworks and delivering agile, real-time responses to cultural moments. The White Claw Social Manager is deeply collaborative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, executes with excellence and actively participates in growing team culture.

Accountabilities:

1.Lead and Oversee White Claw’s Social Strategy & Content: Develop and execute social strategies that deliver measurable business results, managing White Claw’s presence across platforms through the creation of shareable content and a consistent, authentic brand voice.

2.Oversee Influencer Strategy: Design and execute influencer programs that foster strong relationships, drive engagement, and amplify White Claw’s cultural relevance.

3.Thought Leadership: Develop forward-thinking POVs on social and digital trends, emerging technologies (including AI), and platform innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of culture.

4.Agency and Partner Management: Lead agency and cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment, creativity, and seamless execution across multiple workstreams.

5.Budget Oversight: Manage communications and influencer budgets strategically to maximize efficiency, innovation and overall impact.

Key Capabilities:

1.Bachelor’s Degree & 5—7 years of social media experience, ideally within the alc/bev category

2.Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth global brand environment

3.Deep knowledge of social platforms, analytics, and social listening tools, with an understanding of how to turn insights into action

4.Strong grasp of cultural trends and the ability to translate them into meaningful, brand-building opportunities

5.Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated programs.

6.Strong leadership skills with the ability to take full ownership of workstreams from strategy through execution.

7.A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, working effectively across stakeholders.

8.Highly proactive and solutions driven, with a bias for action and continuous improvement

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

  • Competitive annual salary from $89,000 to $111,000, based in Chicago, IL
