The Center for Human Development (CHD) is hosting a Hiring Event to recruit dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our Shared Living and DMHAS (Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services) divisions!

Join us on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

We’re hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time roles across both divisions. 
Available positions include:

• Direct Support Professionals
• Shared Living Community Companions
• Outreach Caseworkers

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a valid driver's license (all drivers under the age of 21 must have 3 years of driving history).
• Outreach and Companion roles require use of personal vehicle for work purposes. (Mileage reimbursement provided for travel).
• Those holding CPR/First Aid and MAP certification a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a High School diploma with equivalent.
• Candidates should have experience in supporting individuals with developmental, intellectual and physical disabilities, behavioral health concerns, and substance use disorders.
