Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care and support to residents with memory impairments

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

- Foster a warm, engaging, and respectful environment for residents

- Support residents in participating in recreational and social activities

- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Prior experience in senior care or memory care preferred but not required

- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team

- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations

- High school diploma or equivalent
