DATES:
Training: January 8, 2026 (2 hours; 9:00 - 11:00 am)
Testing: January 13-15, 2026; January 20-22, 2026; January 27-29, 2026
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend a mandatory 2-hour training session on January 8, 2026.
- Assist with administering Gifted and Talented assessments.
- Ensure the integrity and security of the testing process.
- Provide instructions to students and monitor the testing environment.
- Address and report any testing irregularities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability for the scheduled training and all testing dates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a secure testing environment.
- Prior experience as a test proctor or in an educational setting is preferred
TRAINING AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
All proctors will receive test-specific training and detailed instructions regarding testing times, locations, and expectations.
