What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and manage marketing calendars, ensuring all campaigns and launches are accurately tracked and aligned across teams.
  • Develop holistic creative briefs in partnership with channel leaders including Social Media, Email, Paid Media, Influencer Gifting, Ecomm and Stores to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Coordinate marketing plans with internal stakeholders and help gather resources, results and reporting.
  • Manage and update budget trackers, assisting with invoice processing 
  • Assist on-site with events as needed. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.  
  • Support other miscellaneous tasks related to marketing deliverables and day-to-day team needs.
  • Support the Senior Director of Marketing to advance strategic initiatives, providing reliable follow-through to keep projects moving forward

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand communications, or a corporate retail function
  • Strong organization and project management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment, with multiple and shifting priorities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
  • Understanding of brand storytelling and how to tailor messages to different channels and audience segments
  • Passionate about retail trends and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • This is a hybrid schedule 4 days in office and 1 day work from home  
  • Salary is 95-100k depending on experience
