What You’ll Get to Do

The Fabrication Operator is focused on reading job specification to determine machine adjustments and material requirements and reports to the Operational Supervisor.

This role is perfect for an individual who is self motivated, pays attention to detail, and exhibit excellent attendance.  A vital member of the Fabrication Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain clean work area
• Cross train in other departments
• Minor maintenance on machine.
• Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
• Measure work-piece dimensions to determine accuracy of CNC machine operation

• Perform machine adjustments

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• One year of prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
