We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and small-engine tools. This role is essential to keeping our field operations safe, productive, and moving every day.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel & gas engines, heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service on company equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, powertrain, fuel, brake, and steering systems
- Conduct DOT inspections and ensure equipment meets regulatory safety standards
- Respond to field repair calls to minimize downtime and keep projects operating
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and workspace
- Track service and repair documentation accurately in maintenance logs
- Work closely with operators, drivers, and supervisors to prioritize repairs and support operations
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining diesel and gasoline engines
- Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components
- Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and service instructions
- Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred Experience
- Mechanic Certification
- OSHA Certification
- Experience performing DOT inspections
