About Kayne Anderson Private Credit

 Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. manages over $39 billion in assets (as of 9/30/2025) with investments in real estate, credit, energy and energy infrastructure. We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst to join our Kayne Anderson Private Credit (“KAPC”) team in our Houston office. It is a requirement that this candidate is based in the Houston area.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities):

Cash Management and Forecasting

  • Monitor daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts and entities.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Reconcile cash movements and investigate variances between forecasted and actual results.

Debt and Liquidity Management

  • Assist in the administration of credit facilities, including tracking borrowing base availability, interest payments, and covenant compliance.
  • Prepare borrowing and repayment notices and coordinate with lenders.
  • Prepare debt compliance requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain Fund Net Asset Value shadow calculations and reconciliations to the administrator and custodian.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing timely communication and support. 
  • Assist in quarterly (10Q) and annual (10K) financial reporting processes.

Process Improvement and Systems

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help maintain documentation and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications:

Education: B.S. Business Administration – Accounting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • 2-3 years of public accounting experience
  • CPA or progress toward CPA certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Experience in treasury operations a plus
