Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Regional Demand Planner Lead to drive forecasting excellence across America. In this strategic role, you'll orchestrate demand planning processes across America, managing a planning horizon of 3-48 months.  You'll bridge Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions while leading a talented team of demand planners to deliver exceptional results across this expansive region. This is a dual-role opportunity combining hands-on leadership with direct responsibility for demand planning.

Duties:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3 Demand Planners, driving continuous improvement across all Americas Commercial Units
  • Own the monthly regional demand review process, ensuring accurate forecasts, timely SAP submissions, and robust KPI monitoring
  • Establish and maintain efficient S&OP decision-making platforms in partnership with Regional Supply Operations Leads
  • Drive annual 5-year demand planning cycles, aligning Commercial, Marketing, and Supply functions to strategic goals
  • Provide analytical insights through variance analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision-making at regional and global levels
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; APICS or ISM certifications highly desirable
  • Proven experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management with a track record of leading and developing high-performing planning teams
  • Deep proficiency in SAP, IBP, and forecasting methodologies with strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence across diverse, multicultural environments
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Additional Information:

Salary for this role is $100,800 - $187,200 per year.
