Your Mission
We're looking for an experienced Local Class A CDL Driver to join our team - a professional who takes pride in delivering equipment (heavy, small and aerial) safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first attitude. From earthmovers to excavators, you'll be the trusted face of ERS, ensuring our customers get the right equipment, right on time, every time.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and retrieve a variety of equipment to and from job sites across Oregon and Washington
- Safely load, secure, and unload machinery and attachments (lowboy experience is a plus!)
- Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep your truck clean, compliant, and road-ready, including DOT and annual inspections
- Report and record equipment condition, ensuring everything is in top operating order
- Provide basic operational orientation for customers at delivery
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach
What Makes You Stand Out
- Valid Class A CDL (manual transmission experience required)
- 2+ years of commercial driving and heavy equipment operation-construction or rental equipment industry STRONGLY preferred
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the last three years
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
- A self-starter who takes initiative and finds creative solutions on the go
