The challenging (yet fun) job will be located at our Oak Park Heights location with most of our Team working remotely. You will be interacting with prospective customers and setting appointments up for our sales consultants to meet with prospective customers in their home. Make great money while working full time. If you are hardworking, outgoing individual, that loves talking to people contact us!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:· As an Inside Sales Center (ISC) Specialist, you will play a key role in helping homeowners get a solution to their problem windows.· Your listening skills, conversational style, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and experience equip you with the core competencies to succeed in your new job.· The type of customers you will contact are called “Demo No-Sale Homeowners.” They are people who’ve already met with a Renewal by Andersen sales representative but have decided not to move forward with us for whatever reason. Your job will be to reconnect with Demo No-Sale Homeowners, follow a strict methodology to understand their problem window situation, and suggest they invite us back to their home for a second opportunity to earn their business.· Even if some homeowners decide not to welcome us back, your role will be to leave them with an exceptionally positive phone experience. Who knows? They might tell a friend or family member who has problem windows about the good people at Renewal by Andersen and to at least consider us for the project.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:· Minimum of two years inside sales/call center experience· Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present positive image of the company.· Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Must be able to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends)NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.· Minimum of two years Sales Experience.
