Marketing Coordinator

ElderHaus, PACE, in Wilmington NC is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives and manage the enrollment process for our PACE program. Reporting to the Executive Director or Center Administrator, this role promotes PACE services, coordinates intake and enrollment, and builds relationships with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage marketing plans and public relations efforts
• Coordinate enrollment activities, including intake assessments and documentation
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and community agencies
• Support prospective participants through the intake and Medicaid eligibility process
• Supervise department staff and manage scheduling, training, and performance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in health and human services or marketing
• Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.  
• Bi-lingual preferred. 
• Minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly.

Other Qualifications: 

• Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
• Must be able to meet EveryAge's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
