We are seeking a Jr Data Analyst with a background in federal and healthcare environments to provide comprehensive data analytics experience. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Databricks, SharePoint, and Agile methodologies.
The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a structured, compliance-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data bricks development, troubleshooting, and resolution for end-user and system issues in a federal IT environment.
- Utilize SharePoint sites and related collaboration tools.
- Support data integration, analytics, and automation tasks using Databricks and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, testing, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of data analytics, preferably within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, testing and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with federal and healthcare IT standards, compliance requirements, and secure systems environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies.
- Active Public Trust security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
