What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a team of Data/AI Engineers who combine advanced software engineering methodologies with cutting-edge Data & AI technologies to architect, develop, and fine-tune scalable, high-performance solutions that convert complex data into actionable insights that foster informed decision-making and business growth.

• Utilize various programming languages and Data & AI technologies to craft solutions that meet and exceed business objectives.

• Develop and implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of Data & AI applications.

• Oversee the deployment process, solving any issues related to configuration, environment, or security.

What you’ll bring:

• Must possess a strong foundation in software engineering principles, including automation, testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, behavior-driven, user acceptance), and deployment methodologies.

• Advanced AI techniques for comprehensive data analysis and preparation.

• Must possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, an innovative mindset, and a strong capability for collaboration across diverse teams including working alongside engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to refine requirements and innovate solutions. Team is typically made up of Associate Director teams of Data/AI Engineers and is focused on helping the organization provide valuable direction and insight for management to make informed decisions.

Our Assoc Director-Data/AI Engineering, earns between $155,400-$233,200 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
