The essential job responsibilities of the Training and Development Specialist 3 are to perform advanced level professional duties to facilitate, assess, design, develop, coordinate and / or implement training and intervention programs for educational / career development, counseling and training of Division employees.
Qualification Requirements: Works inside under good conditions. Subject to standing for long periods of time while instructing classes and light lifting of training materials/equipment. |
