As an FP&A Manager at EyeQ Monitoring, you'll be instrumental in guiding strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling. You'll support the finance leadership and cross-functional teams as EyeQ continues its high-growth trajectory in AI-powered security and operational intelligence. This role is required to be in-office in South Marietta/North Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, aligning financial plans with EyeQ’s strategic objectives and growth targets.
  • Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and enhance complex models exploring revenue drivers (e.g., service subscriptions, installations, add-on solutions like Virtual Service Advisor) and cost efficiency levers.
  • Operational Insights: Collaborate with Operations (SOC), Sales, and Product teams to interpret key performance indicators—such as alarm response times, monitoring cost per site, ROI from analytics-driven solutions—and translate them into actionable financial recommendations.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze budget vs. actual performance, identify financial trends and operational variances, and deliver insights with corrective action plans for leadership.
  • Investment Evaluation: Perform due diligence on capital expenditures and strategic growth initiatives (e.g., expanding service footprint, developing new AI analytics features), including NPV/IRR analysis and ROI projections.
  • KPI Development: Define and monitor financial and business KPIs aligned with EyeQ’s value proposition—such as cost per monitored site, reduction in false alarms, retention rates, and customer acquisition ROI—to inform executive reporting.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards, board materials, and presentations that clearly communicate financial health, growth forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Partnering: Partner closely with teams across Operations, Product, and Strategy to align financial insights with business decisions in areas like pricing, expansion, and service innovation.
  • Process Improvement & Tools: Streamline FP&A capabilities through process enhancements, financial controls, and leveraging tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or other planning software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally within high-growth, technology-enabled services or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill financial insights for executive leadership.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in physical security, surveillance, or AI-driven technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with subscription or recurring revenue models.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or financial planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights).
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
