Description
Under the guidance of the SCM Quality & Packaging Manager the Quality & Claims Reporting Analyst will develop, support and maintain all MPA Quality reports. Specialize in data collection, organizing data for analysis, accurate and timely distribution. The Quality & Claims Reporting Analyst is aware of and will utilize/collaborate, where appropriate, with other MPA Departments and Operations groups/programs whose information can assist management in the analysis and improvement of claims trends and/or quality issues disclosed by such research. Keep timely control of assignments and projects as assigned. Develop, track, manage and report assigned projects/reports while collaborating with various departments interacting within the same project. Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and broadcasting as assigned.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepares and distributes the following reports: Master Daily Summary, Transportation Heat Maps, Dealer Heat Map, DDS and Hub & Spoke, Transportation Liability, PDC Claims KPIs and Brands updates. Position provides statistical quality data reports with current and historical data measuring supply chain/quality operational processes to identify performance and quality trends. Additionally examine, develop, and improve quality reporting/standardization projects using six sigma techniques as needed. (70%)
Develop, track and manage assigned projects/reports by collaborating with various departments/PDCs to foster a culture of quality and to reduce dealer claims. (10%)
Distributes data analytics to executive level management which is utilized to communicate all MPA quality claims performance measures. Create statistical models and graphic representations for Operational review with PDC managers and PCS personnel. (10%)
Works with Korean coordinators, executive management, conducts weekly PDC/PCS KPI meetings and MPA HQ departments to support necessary claims data and resource needs. (10%)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Accurate and timely distribution of performance reports to support proper coordination and analysis.
Excellent communication skills, adept at preparing data for presentations.
Proactively identify and resolve potential data collection problems or issues that may impact a process or program.
Critical issues are to be discussed with management for visibility, direction and alternative solutions.
Maintain neat, clean, orderly, safe, secure work storage areas at HQ.
Performs Special Project Work as required at the direction of Management.
WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Moderate overnight travel (up to 30%) by land and/or air.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of prior work and/or school experience that is directly related to the assignment.
Experience in data analysis, reporting and presentations.
Prior project management experience.
Proficient computer skills: e-mail, record keeping, routine database, word processing, spreadsheets
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Advanced SQL knowledge and understanding of creating queries.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Proficient use of MS Suite of software to include, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
CERTIFICATIONS
Six Sigma, Lean Certification, or Kaizen is preferred.
Employment Type - Non-Exempt, Hourly Wage
Compensation - The expected hiring range for this position is $62,518.54 - 92,214.85, depending on experience and qualifications.
