Job Summary
The Director of Integrated Marketing & Strategy will lead the development and execution of holistic marketing strategies across Xponential’s portfolio of brands, driving growth, consistency, and consumer connection. Reporting directly to the VP of Integrated Marketing & Strategy, this role serves as a strategic bridge between brand, creative, digital, and franchise marketing teams ensuring alignment between business goals and go-to-market execution. This leader will oversee all aspects of integrated brand planning, campaign development, budgeting, media planning and cross-channel activation, guiding the creation of impactful, insight-driven marketing programs that fuel brand equity and franchise performance across the Xponential ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Lead the creation of integrated marketing and brand strategies across all Xponential brands, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, consumer insights, and franchisee priorities.

Partner closely with brand leadership to translate business goals into data-driven marketing frameworks and go-to-market plans.

Oversee annual strategic planning and campaign calendar development, identifying key moments, launches, and initiatives across brands.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including creative, digital, consumer insights, PR/comms, and brand marketing to ensure unified storytelling and flawless campaign execution.

Drive innovation in brand storytelling and multi-channel integration (digital, social, influencer, retail, experiential, and franchise marketing).

Partner with the Consumer Insights team to leverage audience segmentation, performance data, and category trends into actionable strategies.

Oversee agency relationships and cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class creative and media execution.

Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for brand and campaign performance, analyzing results and optimizing strategies in real time.

Manage and mentor integrated marketing team members, fostering strategic thinking, collaboration, and accountability.

Support the VP of Integrated Marketing & Strategy in annual budget planning, allocation, and optimization across all brand initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, contributing to the evolution of brand positioning, architecture, and portfolio-level marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or strategic planning for consumer-facing brands.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple channels and markets.
- Deep understanding of brand architecture, consumer behavior, and full-funnel marketing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and teams.
- A passion for health, wellness, and franchise-based business models is strongly preferred.
