Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals. This position serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, providing insight, guidance, and hands-on support in all areas of human resources. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with a deep understanding of HR best practices to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, delivering proactive HR solutions that support growth and success. You’ll manage complex employee relations matters, guide performance management and talent development efforts, and ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations. By leveraging data and HR analytics, you’ll provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and strengthen workforce planning. Essential Duties:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance to achieve organizational objectives and foster long term relationships
- Employee Relations: Deliver counsel on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance management to achieve optimal results.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and support the development of performance improvement plans and goal attainment.
- Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders for informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 5 or more years, with HR practices, performance management and employee relations, preferably in the financial services industry.
Certificates & Licenses:SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
