Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers’ build requirements are understood and disseminated; roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.
Responsibilities
The deliverables will be Excel reports, analyses and reports with data-based conclusions. The format of the deliverables will be discussed with and agreed by Management on a project-by-project basis.
The project will require comparative analysis of internal and external data.
Maintain and improve financial models
Perform periodic financial analyses
Work closely with accounting to provide input on management reporting needs and better understanding of actuals
Produce accurate, consistent and timely reporting by extracting information from various applications and systems, manipulating data and developing user friendly final outputs
Ensure reports reconcile to systems of records (e.g. SCM Balances)
Identify processes that are inefficient and create/change processes that will lead to measurable gains in quality and processing time
Monitor and perform monthly variance analyses
Produce, maintain, develop, and enhance routine analysis, new analysis, and ad-hoc requests based on business needs
Assist the Hyve Senior Manager, Financial Operations with ad hoc projects and tasks, as required
Maintain and adhere to internal control policies
Salary: $71,000K-$90.5K+DOE
