The Opportunity

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Merchandising Officer, the Vice President/GMM for Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle supports QVC US and HSN, and leads strategic merchandising and business development for our Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle categories across both flagship brands. This role will shape the future of our Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle portfolio and set the direction for category assortment and vendor partnerships that drive growth and profitability.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our US Headquarters in West Chester, PA, several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute the Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle merchandising strategy for QVC US and HSN, driving sales, market share, and customer loyalty while managing P&L for multi-hundred-million-dollar categories.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including buyers, planners, and product developers to deliver a compelling, differentiated assortment across TV, digital, and social platforms.
  • Build and nurture strategic vendor relationships, negotiating partnerships that align with our brand vision and customer needs while identifying emerging brands and innovation opportunities.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize assortment, pricing, promotional strategies, and inventory management across both brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, programming, and creative teams to maximize category impact and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and high performance, modeling QVC Group's leadership competencies while developing talent across the organization.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive merchandising leadership experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, retail, or e-commerce with P&L management responsibility.
  • Proven success in building and scaling product categories in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with demonstrated revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Deep understanding of beauty and wellness trends, consumer insights, and vendor management with established industry relationships.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with agility, deliver results, and inspire teams across multiple functions and both brands.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
