The Product Information Manager Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating solutions based on client requirements for configurations and MDM enablement-optimization projects, ensuring that they align with the needs of stakeholders. They work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop solutions that address business needs.

The Specialist understands Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) concepts and collaborates with stakeholders to gather, and document business requirements, analyze processes to find areas for improvement, and create project plans to ensure software solutions that meet the requirements.

May take part in pre-sales activities such as conducting product demos, presenting technical solutions to clients, estimating LOE, and identifying a Critical Path, Risks, and Timelines based on expert judgment.

They must have a solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, as well as ability in workflow orchestration tools like Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence.

Hands-on experience with PIM systems such as Informatica, InRiver, Salsify, Syndigo or Akeneo (Data modeling, workflow configuration, data quality rules), integration knowledge (ERP systems, APIs, ETL tools), Proficient in SQL and database structures, product data modeling (attributes, hierarchies, variants), eCommerce platform integration experience is a nice to have.

They must have strong technical skills, excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, and show strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling. Additionally, the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requires aid from senior management levels to leverage change management approaches.

  • Demonstrates creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans, and determines
    needed deliverables, high-level approach, project profile, responsible teams, and critical path by
    deliverable, productivity improvements, overall risks, and planning assumptions using Accenture
    Delivery Methods (ADM) as needed.

  • Finds opportunities for improving processes and helps project resources to find
    opportunities to improve project productivity within the operation.

  • Builds trust relationships with clients and main project stakeholders, exerts a positive influence
    on stakeholders and clients, report overall project status to stakeholders, guide team
    members on keeping a relationship with stakeholders and clients, predicting client issues and
    raising concerns with the supervisor.

  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders (both internal and external) to present deliverables, and project progress, flag risks, and concerns, and negotiate based on feasibility.

Required Experience:

  • Competent English skills: Shows high proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking English.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel core formulas, complex formulas, reporting, and power queries.

  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills related to MDM platforms, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica, InRiver, Salsify, Syndigo or Akeneo.

  • Good Knowledge of PIM repository setup and troubleshooting.

  • Experience on SDK customizations in INFA PIM and leverage PIM rest APIs.

  • Ability to design and develop key PIM components.

  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle and enrichment processes.

  • Experience managing large product catalogs.

  • Integration knowledge (ERP systems, APIs, ETL tools).

  • Proficient in SQL and database structures.

  • Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.

  • Product data modeling (attributes, hierarchies, variants).

  • eCommerce platform integration experience (nice to have).

  • Stakeholder Management, accustomed to direct communication and negotiation with the client.

  • At least four-five years of experience in digital commerce, marketing, or related fields.

  • Basic understanding of Gen AI prompting.
