Opportunity Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on future of work trends, including the impact of AI and emerging technologies on workflows and organizational culture.
- Develop frameworks and strategies for AI-driven workforce transformation.
- Explore and define how AI and emerging technologies will reshape work and organizational structures.
- Collaborate with UX, product, and strategy teams to align workforce transformation initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning.
- Translate complex technological and cultural concepts into actionable strategies and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Support the Leader, AI, UX Architect & Future of Work Visioning, in strategic planning and execution of initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate partnerships and opportunities to advance the firm’s workforce transformation capabilities.
- Stay updated on regulatory and ethical considerations related to AI-driven workforce transformation.

**Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
