SGA Dental Partners is hiring for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to be responsible for assisting in processing all invoices received for payment in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing and recording accounts payable data
Assist in accounts payable processing of invoicing, including accurate, timely and organized management of source documents.
Must be able to handle multiple locations and vendors efficiently
Preferred Experience & Skills
Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate with staff and vendors respectfully and professionally
Proficiency using Sage preferred but not required
