Embroidery Machine Operator en Greyson Clothiers

Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator 

Department: Production

Report To: Facility Operations Manager

Location: Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to run our multi and single head embroidery equipment and manage production orders from start to finish. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating Tajima or similar embroidery machines, with the ability to ensure consistent, high-quality results on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multi and single head embroidery machines safely and efficiently.

• Set up jobs: load designs, thread machines, adjust tensions, change needles, and select backing.

• Hoop and stage garments for production.

• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure proper stitch density, registration, and alignment.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.

• Train and support embroidery assistants as needed.

• Communicate with production leads to meet daily/weekly output goals.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1+ years of embroidery production experience preferred.

• Proficiency with embroidery machines (Tajima or similar).

• Familiarity with Wilcom, Pulse, or comparable embroidery software is a plus.

• Strong eye for detail and quality control.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting.

• Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
