This role is for a Hardware Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) market segments, providing performance reviews, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career development to a team of quality engineers and inspectors. You will assist the Quality manager with the implementation of digital enhancements to improve efficiencies and costs. Work directly with various quality program managers under the TLS umbrella to ensure quality products are delivered on time to contract. Monitor and document defects in your areas and create presentations detailing areas for improvements and opportunities for additional training. Attend Operational Excellence Program Management Team (PMT) meetings to present documented defects to drive improvements and reduce defects. Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Monitor, review, analyze, and report on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems. Lead investigations of problems, develop dispositions and implement and ensure compliance with corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interface with senior management, manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met. Monitor recommendations for corrective actions, dispositions, and modifications.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
