About the Department
Under general supervision, performs skilled auto body painting, repair and installation of automotive and heavy equipment accessories. Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Duties
High school equivalency and two years experience as a mechanic I; or three years of progressively skilled experience in auto body painting, repair and installation of automotive and heavy equipment accessories. Must have the ability to operate specialized diagnostic equipment, volt meters, ABS tools and other specialized tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.
