We’re looking for a Stand-In Administrator on a 9-month Secondment to support the Team Leaders on the AM shift. This will be a great opportunity to progress through the DC.A DAY IN THE LIFEWorking with the Team Leader to ensure that all operational based tasks are met within the area of your control daily.Observe health and safety procedures in relation to the DC operation.Ensure that orders are picked in an efficient, accurate and timely fashion.Ensure that we achieve the perfect order, to ensure that we meet all customer expectations. Co – ordinate pick waiting’s, minimizing disruption to the picking flow.Closely liaise with inbound and outbound loading teams to ensure that the diary is run to plan.Have a desire to develop Leadership skills from the on-the-job learning and training. WHO HAVE Experience of working with computers would be preferable. Good overall understanding of our warehouse picking and quality processes.High level of Health and Safety awarenessA high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
