What You’ll Do
As an HR Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in providing data-driven insights that support Pattern’s People strategy. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent, and Finance to analyze workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of our people data.
In this role, you will:
-Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide visibility into key people analytics (headcount, turnover, hiring trends, engagement, etc.).
-Partner with HR and business leaders to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights that drive decision-making.
-Support compensation, talent, and organizational design initiatives through data analysis and modeling.
-Conduct audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems (Workday, Lever, etc.).
-Participate in the annual headcount and budget planning process in partnership with Finance.
-Assist with benchmarking, workforce planning, and predictive analytics to anticipate business needs.
-Support HR operations projects such as process automation, reporting improvements, and system enhancements.
-Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for People leadership and executive teams.
What You’ll Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related data-driven HR function.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
-Experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
-N8N Experience is a nice to have
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
-High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
