Position Summary:

Hiring Salary Range: $117,296.50 to $129,026.15 depending on qualifications.

Supervises and coordinates the operation and administration of all academic programs in the associate in science area.

Job Duties
•Research, proposes, develops, and executes new AS and certificate programing.
• Collaborates with the Dean of Academic Affairs and helps supervise the Academic Office.
• Serves as a member of the campus’ Executive Team.
• Supervises faculty and staff involved in the Associate of Science degree program.
• Addresses and works to resolve faculty and student problems and complaints.
• Schedules classes, rooms, cancellations, loan sheets, etc.
• Coordinates and ensures the preparation and timely handling of paperwork to include purchasing, payroll, and employee evaluations.
• Handles inventory control for assigned area.
• Attends meetings concerning various issues and participates in College functions.
• Plans and controls budget for assigned area.
• Plans equipment needs and related repairs for various departments
• Performs other similar and related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires at least a master’s degree and at least five to seven years of prior-related work experience.
