Working as a Partner Support Specialist, you will act as our customers’ first line of defense. You will provide real time assistance to our partners through multiple communication channels on account related questions and general support items.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 to 8:00PM  Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first level help-desk for incoming inquiries from our partners
  • Complete the accurate and comprehensive fulfillment of a wide-range of customer service and technical troubleshooting requests via inbound calls and digital channels
  • Achieve and maintain a deep understanding of Affiliated supported products and technologies
  • Build strong working relationships with our partners to contribute towards maintaining high levels of overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilize outstanding customer-facing skills (active listening, written and verbal communication skills), including timely follow up (as needed)

Requirements

  

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical customer support or level 1 help desk support required 
  • Excellent problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to our partners
  • Strong computer skills, including the aptitude to quickly learn new software systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving call center environment
  • Record of achievement in completing assigned tasks in an efficient and comprehensive manner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to display a positive outlook, patience, and strong  relationship-building skills
  • Desire to seek continuous training and personal development opportunities
