Join Millennium Print Group as an S&OP Coordinator!
We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Coordinator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll help align customer demand with production capacity, supporting world-class print manufacturing operations. If you’re passionate about supply chain planning, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, this is your opportunity to grow your career with a leader in the printing and packaging industry.
Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do
Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, including meeting schedules, materials, and follow-ups.
Gather and validate data across Sales, Production Control, and Supply Chain teams.
Analyze demand and capacity trends to support production and inventory planning.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and identify improvement areas.
Maintain ERP systems and Excel-based planning tools to ensure accurate data integrity.
Support implementation of process enhancements and S&OP tool upgrades.
Serve as the communication bridge between demand and supply functions to ensure alignment.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, demand planning, or production planning.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
Knowledge of S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
