Staffing Coordinator for our Nursing Staffing Office at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 10-hour shifts. Most shifts will work 2pm - 12:30am with rotating weekends. At times, you may be asked to work a day shift for coverage (4am - 2:30pm).
Performs activities related to staffing and scheduling as well as receptionist and clerical duties for the Nursing Staffing Office. This position will support the staffing and scheduling for our Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units. Additional responsibilities include contacting patient's family members about sensitive matters.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of Hospital or administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Staffing and/or Scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
- Coursework/Training: 2 years of college
