What You’ll do…

Support Clients: Provide exceptional support to both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is top-notch.

Vetting & KYB Checks: Handle the vetting of new sign-ups and conduct Know Your Business (KYB) checks to ensure compliance standards

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our product and tech teams to address user requests and share feedback, making sure our products evolve to meet client needs.

What You’ll need…

Comfortable speaking with businesses, from large clients to small enterprises 

Fantastic written communication skills, able to vary your tone and intended outcome based on whom you’re speaking to

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities 

A calm and experienced operational mindset: able to plan ahead, scope, evaluate, and implement

A knack for the detail and a desire to see things through to completion

Experience working in Operations in a high-growth company is desirable

Able to thrive in ambiguity and take a structured approach to problem solving
