- Take full ownership of the sales process from lead to close
- Achieve/exceed sales objectives and quotas through the expansion and growth of business relationships with existing and new clients using a consultative and process-driven approach.
- Generate the pipeline needed to achieve sales quotas through prospecting. Work closely with go-to-market and marketing teams to support lead generation.
- Work with prospects to understand and identify their objectives and needs and position Quantifi’s products and services where opportunities exist.
- Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to show how identified needs can be addressed by Quantifi’s solutions
- Manage proposals and RFIs
- BS/BA degree preferably in a quantitative subject such as finance, economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics
- 3 to 5 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to Hedge Funds, Investment Managers and/or Commodity Trading Firms Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles effectively following a structured solutions selling process.
- A strong understanding of Trading Risk Management concepts and practices
- An understanding of financial products including Derivatives, Fixed Income and Credit
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in enterprise software sales.
- Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to C-level executives Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
