About the role:
This position is working as a factory representative for forklift dealerships representing our brand in Mexico, and potentially other Latin American countries, in our Parts and Aftermarket Services division, traveling to them regularly and helping them grow and partner with us. There is no cold calling involved and no new customers to land, although a large amount of sales is involved. This position requires direct involvement with primarily Spanish-speaking organizations and individuals.
What you will do:
- Convert business to Logisnext:
- Regain lost business
- Convert existing opportunities
- Introduce new products
- Become an expert in how our dealers operate now
- Sales, Service, and Parts Department Operations consulting
- Help the Dealers hold themselves accountable for their own KPIs and Metrics
- Help our dealers grow:
- Marketing, sales strategy, and compensation support and consulting
- Utilizing our suite of online tools and business integrations
- Become a leader of the dealers you represent and be their voice to the company
- Become more than a member of the Sales team and interject yourself in the company's departments to advocate for your dealers' needs while maintaining our company values and understanding our goals and initiatives
Where:
- Hybrid position based out of Grand Rapids, MI, Houston, TX, or Marengo, IL
- Salary position with travel at about 30%
Qualifications
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Job Experience: 2-7 years
What would be nice to have:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- A self-motivator who is passionate about achieving personal and company sales goals.
- Experience in Account Management with a specific number of customers (dealers)
- Ability to identify and change the business initiatives outside of the immediate responsibilities
- Demonstrating great leadership among peers
- A concise communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Effective at setting up and leading presentations/meetings.
- Ability to work effectively as an independent and as part of a team.
- Extremely well organized.
- Results and detail-oriented.
- Self-disciplined to stay on task and manage time.
- Able to determine actionable conclusions from data analysis.

The salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $80,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
