Objective

To profitably increase the sales and distribution of Cone Distributing’s Red Bull portfolio in the On-Premise trade and select Non-Traditional accounts by improving the presence and visibility of all core brands and secondary brands by executing point of sale and merchandising standards. To assist the On-Premise sales team in the proper sales and execution of all Red Bull products sold by Team Cone and assist in the correct marketing of those products at the retail level:

Responsibilities/Expectations

• •    Red Bull On Premise Brand Manger reports to the Red Bull Brand Manger and works with On Premise Department Manger
  •    Be a Red Bull Brand Ambassador.
  •    Bring the brand to life, from the restaurants and bars.
  •    Establish and nurture relationships with Team Cone business partners spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull.
  •    Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your knowledge of the industry and latest trends.
  •    Complete ownership of the territory with the goal of maximizing Red Bull consumption.
  •    Increases product availability and horizontal distribution in our current buying account base, through opening new account opportunities.
  •    Maps and evaluates all sales opportunities within defined territory.
  •    Builds and executes a Midyear and Yearly territory business plan.
  •    Develops marketing and sales plans for all directly managed accounts.
  •    Accurately categorizes all opportunities as per the RBNA guidelines.
  •    Sells in programs and strategies to drive Red Bull demand and consumption in the on-premise market.
  •    Responsible for direct territorial budgets, constantly evaluating to improve ROI.
  •    Activates Marketing and Trial initiatives in outlet to intensify consumption.
  •    Ensures transfer of knowledge to key On Premise stakeholders through training sessions.
  •    Monitors distribution of all Red Bull products and ensures that there are no out of stocks, through communication and training of the distributor reps in the territory.
  •    80% of the time is spent in the field, calling on accounts. 20% spent in office updating tracker and planning out next goals. 
  •    Establish ingenious strategies and creative tools to present the perfect pitch for Red Bull.
  •    Perfect serve: ensure cold Red Bull Cans are given to consumers when ordered as a standalone or as part of a mixed drink.
  •    Ensure visibility: ensure visibility is staged perfectly to increase sale.
  •    Must participate in the Monthly On Premise Sales meetings to discuss opportunities.
  •    Help provide the right tools for the On-Premise Manager to help drive their team.
  •    Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
  •    Must have effective communication skills.
  •    Ability to take on other duties as assigned
  •    Maintain a safe driving record. Report any driving related issues to HR immediately.
  •    Must be willing to travel and stay overnight in different areas and for different amounts of duration. 
  •    Collaborates with Red Bull Musketeers to gain KPIs
  •    Inventories all On Premise Red Bull POS bi-monthly

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Able to work autonomously
• Must be able to travel overnight 2-4 nights per month
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to speak in front of groups of 10 or more
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Keep your vehicle clean and orderly
• Dress and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy
• Attend all staff, monthly sales plan meetings
• Follow safety rules and in the use of equipment daily
• Able to pass drug and background check
• Report immediately to your On Premise Manager of any traffic violations, on or off duty that may affect your insurability

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 2 year degree preferred.
• Will consider experience in the field + education
