GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Perform all job related duties in a timely and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Organization of male guest grooming area, relaxation and locker areas, Aqua Garden, horizon Patio and Renewal Retreat
- Issue robes, slippers and lockers to all male guests
- Stock and replenish all guest and professional supplies including the removal of used linen to appropriate storage areas.
- Provides prompt and courteous service to each guest
- Maintains open communication with management and co-workers
- Informs Management of guest concerns, safety concerns and maintenance issues
- Assists co-workers at all times, continuously providing teamwork
- Performs functions which require organization, speed, standing, bending, reaching, turning, lifting items
- Performs all job specific duties
- Maintains and clean and neat work area
- Answer guest questions about The Lodge at Woodloch in general.
- Watch for potential safety hazards and react to them.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job requires no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple multi-step instructions.

It is helpful to meet these physical demands to perform the essential functions of this job; moving lounge furniture, carrying towel bags, and watching water, Occasional running and lifting may be involved in essential functions.

Working at this job, the employee encounters the following conditions; wet or humid conditions (non-weather), fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, and extreme heat (non-weather). They rarely (but sometimes) experience; working near moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in this work environment is moderate.
This position requires weekend availability.
