Performs a variety of MRI procedures. The MRI Technologist is responsible for adapting MRI protocols for patients’ needs or doctor’s orders. Functions as the first line interface with customers. Responsible for patient safety while in MRI. Participates in CQI activities. Required to continually advance their knowledge of MRI and be knowledgeable of all exams currently done as well as any exams that will be added with additional technological advancements in the future.
