Description
As an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will be responsible for supporting the Engineers and employees on various duties. Your focus would be varied and need to pivot when priorities arise.
Requirements for the role:
· Previous 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist role.
· Able to work 20-25 hours per week (Monday – Friday) – anytime to start between 8:00-9:30am and leave 5 hours after start time.
· Prepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
· Procurement duties to acquire goods and services to keep things maintained and operating effectively.
· Organizing meetings, office functions, client visits, ordering food for meetings, etc.
· Other duties involving compliance: Registration of Engineers for PE or COA
· Receptionist duties – greeting visitors and creating badges with Envoy system.
· Microsoft Office skills – Intermediate to Advanced level.
