Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run CNC mills and lathes with skill and consistency — no guesswork, no shortcuts.
• Program using Fanuc controls and CAM software to meet tight specs and smooth workflows.
• Read and interpret fabrication and CAD drawings like second nature — including GD&T.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, CMMs) to confirm every cut is exact.
• Perform EDM work when the job calls for something special.
• Keep machines and tooling dialed in through smart maintenance and inspection.
• Team up with engineers to tweak processes, trim waste, and boost efficiency — the right way.
• Follow safety protocols because pros know safety and quality go hand in hand.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Laser-sharp attention to detail — you don’t miss a thing
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and blueprints
• Hands-on problem-solving skills for mechanical or process challenges
• Self-motivated with a track record of following directions and delivering results
• Professional, team-first attitude and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when production calls
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
