Job Overview:
The Key Partner Associate II - Enrollment is responsible for providing foundational support to partners, ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries, and assisting with various shared Service-related tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn, maintain positive partner relationships, and support the Partner Services team in delivering exceptional service. The Associate will handle routine requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead enrollment efforts for designated programs.
- Lead the efforts to onboard new/existing programs onto the Dealer Management Platform.
- Lead the triage of any issues pertaining to onboarding, enrollment, offboarding, platforms, etc.
- Lead the efforts to ensure all dealers are compliant by working closely with key stakeholders (KPAs, Legal & Compliance, etc.)
- Manage complex partner inquiries, resolving issues with minimal guidance and escalating only when necessary.
- Serve as a functional expert on dealer onboarding, processes, and systems.
- Mentor and train new Partner Services Associates to ensure knowledge transfer and consistent service delivery.
- Proactively identify areas for service improvement and recommend solutions to enhance partner satisfaction through regular audits of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create and update partner-facing materials, including FAQs, guides, and service updates.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to support new partner initiatives or process enhancements.
- Support Partner Services Managers by providing insights and data on partner interactions and trends.
- Actively contribute to team discussions, sharing best practices and providing feedback on operational efficiencies.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or partner support, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
